Technical Project Manager @ Stellar Role Description As a Technical Project Manager at Stellar, you will be a key figure in the development and adoption of the Stellar network globally. We’re looking for someone hands-on, resourceful, and flawlessly organized to drive the initiatives of our growing, world class development team. You will coordinate and direct large-scale client integrations onto our network and will help lead our most strategic internal projects related to user engagement and adoption. Responsibilities Manage, plan, and direct development activities from launch to completion with overall responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables on time and on budget Create and manage regular project and daily team meetings: Focus team on essential milestones and unlocking technical issues Steer multiple, competing priorities with suitable urgency to drive issues to completion Perform analysis, manage risk, and identify and drive necessary course corrections Capture and communicate meeting notes and actions and follow up on action items as needed Share project process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization Liaison productively with clients and be the point of contact for project-related needs Track and communicate project schedules and milestones Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues Implement continuous improvements to the engineering organization and the project management process Requirements 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, some of which took place in a startup or small company environment Track record of success and leadership demonstrated by a clear progression into roles of increasing responsibility Experience in Agile and Lean software delivery, Scrum experience preferred Excellent client-facing and customer service skills Ability to identify new business opportunities during client engagements Excellent time management, financial management, and leadership skills Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment Curiosity about blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies a big plus About Stellar The Stellar network is an open payment platform that allows individuals, businesses, and institutions anywhere in the world to send money in any currency at a very low cost.
